   My S5 don't startup with the 06/01 or the 06/01 rooted roms, I had the 03/21 its necessary to update for 05/15 before update for 06/01?

   I've flashed the 06/01 and the 06/01 rooted many times and the S5 don't startup. It only startup with the 03/21 and the 05/15. I've tried the 06/01 rooms even after updating to 05/15 but happens the same.

   i flash 06/01 rooted, and i have one problem, wi fi and 3g work, but when i run facebook,youtube,google maps with wi fi not work,but on 3g work, any1 help

   Hello community,
   I have a problem ! Yesterday I have the STAR S5 – loaded Rooted of needrom.com ( https://www.needrom.com/mobile...../star-s5-2/ ) – update 06 /01 . First, I have the device drivers of needrom.com successfully installed. Connecting open SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1316.0.150 as an administrator and loaded the scatter file from the unpacked firmware. Finally, I 've been using the Firmware button -> Upgrdae started the process and the cell phone with pre- out and turn the battery installed via USB connected to the computer . the flash process is run successfully and the green circle appeared . Now to the problem ! After a successful flash , the smartphone does not have to be switched on more ! I tried to perform the flash process again but without success, as always appeared the following error :

   BROM ERROR : S_FT_ENABLE_DRAM_FAIL ( 4032 )

   Can someone please help ! I hope for a quick and helpful response !

     Joge, you're flashing a bad firmware (I think you've erased some important area of your bootloader also).

     That happened to mine, I flashed other firmware downloaded here (can't remember the URL, but the dir name is MP_mt89_v9_c05s5_pulid_jb2_sw_20130515-101500_taoshuizhen_PC ) and everything went back to normal!

   I have now flashed my Star S5+ (mtk6589T, 2gb ram), and this ROM works fine, allthough I cannot get GPS/EPO downoad to work at all… :0( – Tried every guide on the internet, I think…

   Does anyone know if the yulypis recovery fix'es this…?

   How do I use the recovery, will I loose what I have on my phone now if I flash the recovery the same way I flashed this ROM…?

   Hi.

   I have a problem with my STAR S5.

   I connect it to my PC and I am able to flash it through SP Flash Tool. It completes the process but then the phone doesn't boot. I press the power button and nothing happens.

    

   Also when I plug it into my laptop I can hear the sound of connectiong but 1 minute after that it "auto disconnects" and reconnects immediately.

   Can you help me?

    hi every body,

    when you flash the last update do not flag the preloader in the flash tool.

    your phone will start without problem.
