Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

I have a MT6582 Sm-9006..Today I flashed my ROM with this rom with SP FT ..it was successful..however after I powerd it on, from boot animation itself the screens is flickering…each and every word that is I could see on phone is continuously flickering..anyone faced this issue? I really needed to stay on this ROM however without this flickering problem..
Any help would be highly appreciated..
Check your phone screen resolution. Use CPU indentifier, look at the screen resolution, if it's shown 720 x 1279, I guarantee, you will not be able use this ROM. This ROM is only work properly on device that has 720×1280 resolution.

Check this Methode and Try if u get same Problem.
1. Call *#*#889988#*#* nanti bakal masuk ke engineer mode ( can used Mobileuncle, go to Engineer Mode, MTK )
2. Geser ke Tab Connectivity, pilih CDS Information, pilih Radio Information, pilih Phone 1
3. Input AT+EMGR=1,7,"IMEI HH AGAN" contoh : AT+EMGR=1,7,"1234567890"
4. Klik Send At Command
5. Kembali ke menu utama & restart HH agan
6. IMEI has change…cek sekali lagi, call *#06#

Hey. This Rom HDC Galaxy Note N9006 3 - Update 03/26/2014 I revived my brick Note3 mtk 6582nd Thanks. Currently I have this rom HDC Galaxy Note N9006 3 - Update 05/29/2014. Both versions of the S-Note does not work correctly. But the big problem is the call delay. When a call I have to wait 3 seconds before the caller hears me. Can you solve this problem?
Tested on 9006 mtk6582 5.7 inch works great also not much to see but it works.
I have problem with the GPS. the GPS is enabled but the status UNAVAILABLE seems like the device can't lock to the satelite position. Using Mobileuncle Tools shows the YGPS enabled but status unavailable. I've checked AGPS SLP Address stated successful, EPO also works fine only that the YGPS not able to lock to any satelite eventhough able to detect many satelites. Could anyone help me?

I have tried over 100 rom on this page, but it has only worked for me this. And it has worked only the last. No previous versions. He always gave me the error "Error 4032 dram enable fail." My phone has:
