Install ROM:
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

If your specs are 1GB ram, mtk6582, 4gb rom. Then yes you can.
My phone had root automatically after installing the rom. So I guess it's rooted.

You just need the update. It's the newest rom.

What about the Touchwiz launcher it's not installed on this built and also Smemo not installed and even we i try to install it manually it doesn't allow to install it? how can i make this work
Unfortunately, I don't know it. You could try installing Apex Launcher or some other you like and then get a touchwiz skin for that.
I never installed Smemo, I can't tell you how that works. Maybe you can find a way through Google.
I have micromax a114(india) mt6582 , 1gb ram , 4gb rom . can i flash this rom .
This is for the HDC N9006 only. Don't install it on other phones.
I installed this rom and now I have no internal storage on the phone. Shows only 1 GB for applications and nothing else. Anyone know how to restore the internal storage?

My phone has the exact same "Build number", "Model, just as well as same hardware.
I would say yes, because it is working for mine, so it should work for yours. If you want to make sure your phone doesn't get bricked, maybe go into recovery mode first and make a backup of your old rom.
Been trying the ROM for a day now and noticed downloaded files are not showing in the downloaded folder and also system is saying cannot open file.
Any update?
