Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6752_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I flashed ROM 3 – JIAYU S3 – Basic – WCDMA .. Are availiable the official updates of Jiayu?? Is wireless Update working??
wireless update should work , but I didn't understand why sometime it doesn't.
Latest version is ROM 3 – JIAYU S3 – Update 02/05/2015
it fixes a lot of issues about headset, loudspeaker, earphone and charging, plus minor bugfixes
Please, I have to first install a BASIC version (ROM 3 – Jiayi S3 – Basic – WCDMA) and then the UPDATE version (ROM 3 – Jiayi S3 – Update 05/02/2015) or can be immediately installed UPDATE version?

no, you have not. You can directly flash update.
The 05/02 ROM support LTE in the following bands: B3 B7 B20 in FDD-LTE; B38 B39 B40 B41 in TDD-LTE. It's called WCDMA because it misses TDSCDMA bands (chinese 3G)

Please what means "s3w"? I have 2GB version phone from china without gapps, but I want/need gapps. It this ROM all right for me?
ROMs with s3 label are intended for S3 Basic, they miss gapps and includes 3G TDSCDMA frequencies.
ROMs with s3s label are for S3 Advanced, they miss gapps and includes 3G TDSCDMA frequencies.
ROMs with s3w label are for S3 Basic, they have got gapps and misses 3G TDSCDMA frequencies.2G is the same, but with respect to previous ROMs you gain some other frequency in 3G (850 MHz) and 4G (B38, very usefull because is a "universal" TDD-LTE band).
So the answer to your last question is: absolutely yes, it's all right! (it just miss vodafone 900MHz LTE, if infos on http://www.worldtimezone.com/g.....sm.html are right, and you could use just B3 and B20 bands)
guys there is a bug in roms. when i make update download + format i lost imei (which its easy to fix ) but i also lost 4G indoor . Outdoor also 4G was worst before update. Right now i doscover why. MTK only B39 B40 B41 in TDD-LTE no B38. I open engineer mode untick B38 at LTE supported frequencies.reboot again 4G indoor3 bars, outside home full signal.
How do I get into engineer mode, and how do I take a screenshot?

There is spyware in this ROM, but its the fault of Jiayu itself, they included it in their stock ROM. It's located in system/apps and called 'fontshelper.apk'. Looks like a malicious fonts changer.
which ROM? Is fontshelper.apk running or it's just there doing nothing?
Extracted fontshelper.apk from 05/02/2015 ROM, used https://www.metascan-online.co.....m , no threats detected by 43 different engines!

I just received 2 S,I installed the ROM S3w 20150205, everything went fine, I set my google account on both but I can't acces the play store . the wheel is just turning.
For info I DESELECTED the PRELOADER in SP FLASHTOOLS
