Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6752_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

OTA is supported, as well as flash rewrite. There's one update every 10-14 days.
why cpu-z and other programs shows that capacity of jiayu s3 is only 1000 mah ? i think battery goes down very fast i use rom3 wcdma. Today i updated to 5 february rom.

Jiayu chinese forum is the only place where you can find such informations.
Anyway, I remember near all changelog for 05/02 firmware:
- improved earphone audio, no more clicks or strange sound or echo.
- improved headset audio, now it's more natural and powerfull
- improved loudspeaker audio
- fixed issues about battery charging
- other minor bugfixes
(I'm pretty sure there's something else I don't remember…)
Managed to install latest rom with supersu and latest twrp! Very nice. Just made a full backup on my external card if anything happens

I'm monitoring chinese forum, where jiayu shares official declarations.
If there's any news I'll tell you here. Right now they declared they are focused on make current ROM more stable

I am in trouble since I flash updated rom3 into my new jiayu s3.
I dont know what I messed up with it. Once I flash it, I found many gapps what I want, but it does not have a telecom signal.
Now I found it there is no IMEI number, I think it is erased. N/A.
Please help me to fix it. I think I have to make it rooted to restore my IMEI number, but I couldn't find any way to root.

Root just turn on in Settings – Security.
Type *#4634# window will popup for imei 1 and 2. Just type imei from box. Reboot. Fixed.

I fixed it with adapter's help. Thanks!
1. install all usb drivers
2. select update firmware in flashtool and select scatter.txt
3. click download and then connect the (turned off) phone
4. flashing will start immediately
DONT PRESS ANYTHING saying "ERASE" that must make you suspicious guys.
Any way to change lte bands so it works in the USA
Really hard. First of all antennas should be sized to that frequencies. And then I think modem libraries from mediatek should be changed, but mediatek doesn't release those files to everybody.
