Install ROM :

- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6752_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone

- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !

- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

Hi mates, yours comments make me like fool…. i do not receive yet my s3….i steel have my old samsung s3 !!
I hope i’ll received it this week.
Any of us have received a s3 with playstore pre installed ?

  most chinese online sellers are shipping it with chinese version ROM. if you buy it from jiayu.es you'll get the international version(with GAPPS installed).
  
  but installing ROM is so easy so don't worry about it,
  
  I even installed TWRP downloaded from jiayu.es app and now waiting for other custom ROMS to play around.

You all talk about the full gapps package.

Well, gapps include a lot of bulls**t. So all I just would need to know is:

Is the play-store included to the stock-Rom Updates?

  Following xda-developers definition, I always talk about gapps nano package (where play store is included) but you're right, probably play store is the only necessary app

  i used a lot of google apps. YT,GMAIL,PLAYSTORE,HANGOUTS, WEATHER, and etc. so I didn't consider Googple apps as bullsh**t

I have a stock chinese ROM and GPS often loses position. Maybe I have a problem with my hardware or maybe it is problem with my ROM. Did you have such problems? Is it too is in ROM 3?

  Thanks!! I installed Update ROM 3 – S3W 20150205-141543 and everything works perfect. So if anyone has a problem with the accuracy of GPS with Chinese ROM I suggest to change to ROM 3

what is this : system /priv-app/YI-ChenXiWeiLu.apk , YI-DieLian.apk , YI-FangGe.apkYI-Fantasy.apk etc ?????? can i delete these ?

use Titanium-Backup and disable them for a while.
If nothing negative is found after some days delete it.

For anyone in China, this is what I did to get google and not sacrafice any Chinese data bands:

-Update the software in "Settings-About Phone-Wireless Update"

-Download and install Aptoide apk from your SD card

-Enable Root by going to "Settings-Superuser" and move that slider

-Search for "Jiayu" and install Jiayu.es from Aptoide

-In the Jiayu.es app, download the TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) then install it under "Device Tools-Install Recovery"

-Save the flashable Google Apps 4.4.4 file to your SD Card. I used the normal one from Slim Rom: http://slimroms.net/index.php/.....uild-9-20150107

-Reboot to TWRP: Power off phone, then hold power and vol up at the same time. Go to Install, then select the gapps file.

-I had to go to "Settings-Google Play-Clear Data, and Cache" to get Play to work, but everything's working!

Enjoy installing all your apps!
