DESCRIPTION
Here is my first posting after I searched a while for a propper 4.4 ROM
I did not create this ROM by myself so give credits to the developer powar19 from 4pda.ru. ( http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showuser=3551826)
Original Source ( http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=576986&st=160#entry31923226 )
This ROM needs to be copied on the sd-card and flashed over a chinese ROM-Version.
Until know everything works great and it is multilanguage!
06/28/2014- Update 1.8 added.

Nop, the device reboot is working fine but USB charging is not working. Charging works only through the normal charger.
Here USB charging is working well, mayby it's because I am using USB 3.0?
USB charging is working just fine over here though I don’t understand Brukos comment about using USB 3.0
The P780 doesn’t have a USB 3.0 port so how are you doing this?
usb3 supplies a little bit higher voltage.
sorry not voltage, its amperage:
up to 500 mA -> USB 2.0, and up to 900 mA -> USB 3.0
OK.I always thought USB 3.0 only referred to the type of USB port on the device
Hey guys I am getting "Unable to open zip" when trying to flash this rom with recovery.
I tried lots of different recoveries, even bruko's , but always the same error. What to do?
Your download might be corrupted. Try downloading the file again over a stable internet connection
Indeed that was the problem, after downloading on another PC the file was ok.
I have another problem now. After flashing the file, it shows as successful, then after reboot it shows white lenovo logo, then screen dissapears, phone vibrates and reboots, the white logo shows again and then it enters recovery.
The system doesn't boot. What should I do now?
Did you flash it over a Chinese ROM? If you did try wiping dalvik cache and data to see if that helps
Yes I tried more firmwares (chinese and others), I also tried over this one: http://lenovo-forums.ru/topic/.....-p780-by-xakep/
Also tried wiping dalvik cache and data, didn't help.
Hmmm,I really don’t know what the problem could be. You could try and my own installation process and see if that helps

I will try and see if it works then I'll let you know. Thanks for your help!
