Here is my first posting after I searched a while for a propper 4.4 ROM
I did not create this ROM by myself so give credits to the developer powar19 from 4pda.ru. ( http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showuser=3551826)

This ROM needs to be copied on the sd-card and flashed over a chinese ROM-Version.
Until know everything works great and it is multilanguage!

@Bruko, i had been hitting my head from past two hours downloading different chinese roms but your posted tutorial really took 20 minutes to do the entire installation. Currently, enjoying the new rom and hoping to have updates of this under developed rom very soon till its on final release.
My main concern of installing this ROM is to have HANGOUT as my default SMS while using the CONTACT screen and UNDOUBTEDLY it does served the purpose. I feel like i am using nexus and not lenovo anymore. Woohooo.
There's no need to use hangouts if you don't want to. Just skip the installation during the first setup
I recognised an issue with the radiomodule, I have poor network but thats simmilar in all 4.4 Versions for me.
Does anyone of you guys know or could suggest a good-working radio firmware for germany?

I have a problem with google authentificator. I was try to sync time over external app manual over network over gps and everytime a have little differnt code than it should be. Simultanesly I try it on three different devices (HTC,ZTE,P780 – same time zone on each ((same time )). But only P780 have different key = incorrect. But on 4.2.1 Live03 based ROM everything was ok.
Where or what I have wrong ?

I did not find anything with the ROM till now. Its good and sleek and pure stock android but yes you might have to re-request your APN for your 3G data to be enabled and also make sure that when you first setup the phone skip the wifi and google sign in wizard and in settings go to STORAGE and chose WRITE DISK to PHONE STORAGE otherwise by default it takes SD Card if you have any and its risky to dump apps to sd card.
@sekman the included v52 Baseband works well on my phone in germany. To you have a weak signal?
v101 in Vibe 1.5 was just as well for me. Here you find different versions:

you cannot change baseband flashing a .zip-file,
because the modem-file in this AOSP-Rom is:
modem_1_3g_n.img
that file must be replaced with root explorer par example, but don't forget to set the same permissions than before.

does this rom work on both 2g and 3g network on row lenovo p780 device for Vodafone network
one slot is for 2g/3g the other only for 2g.
I am using Vodofone in Germany without any problems.
Does anyone have any idea, how to keep the INTERNAL MEMORY as default for all the apps to be installed including whatsapp backup because I tried all the possibilities but unable to make INTERNAL as default write disk.
