Preface:
   I present to you port MIUI 7 with phone Xiaomi RedRice (HM2013023) for phones ZOPO C2/ZP980, C3, C7/990. Installation is using Aroma Installer. Multilingual build by xiaomi.eu team
   Firmware need an extended system partition 1Gb.
   Recomended recovery – TWRP 2.8.0.0 for C2/980, C3 for C7/990

Attention!
In all firmware when switching between HD and FHD mode after installing and running the firmware is not to panic, that the entire screen crooked, just reboot again.

Description of the installation process:
New installation:
    1. Make sure again that you have Extended the System to 1.0 Gb.
    2. Recommended to install Recovery – TWRP 2.8.0.0 = for С2/980, C3 = = for C7/990 =
    3. Make a full backup.
    4. Copy the archive file of the firmware on the internal or external SD card.
    5. In TWRP Recovery do all wipes except flash drives.
    6. Necessarily restart Recovery.
    7. Install the firmware. The installation process in detail accompanied by a dialog menu and additional information.
    8. After the system boots, do not rush to use the phone, give him a lie down for 5 minutes and then restart it.

Update a previous version:
    1. Copy the archive file of the firmware on the internal or external SD card.
    2. Make a full backup.
    3. Necessarily restart Recovery.
    4. Install the firmware. The installation process in detail accompanied by a dialog menu and additional information.
    5. Wipe a Cache / Dalvik cache
    6. After the system boots, do not rush to use the phone, give him a lie down for 5 minutes and then restart it.

    Hello Dave, 

    only installing the MIUI8 I can play video on Facebook and other sites without any problem. It's a fantastic ROM. Works better than MIUI7 for me.

    MIUI8 lags at times. Guess the ZP980 is getting a bit old to handle the newer interfaces. The port appears to be stable.

      hello agentnero,

      this miui8 is still in beta testing, it's not a "stable" version. Optimization will come as they develope it. This is a open beta to get more info's from the user to the developer. As i could say it is in some cases faster than miui 7, sometimes it lag's, but these moments are rare. So, be patient, every week there will be a new "beta" and it will get better and better. Our Phone are not that bad…

    To everyone who has problems with this port:

    Please tell us the Problem!

    Post the Stats of your phone like: Zopo ZP980 2/32 (Ram/Storage).

    What did you do befour the problem shows up?

    Did you install the ROM as a update (over a existing MIUI) or as a Clean install (after a factory reset in TWRP)?

    What kernel did you choose in the installation process? 

    We can't really read your mind ;) so we need some more information to help.

    And, befour posting….>read the spoilers! Did you follow exactly the spoiler'd installation steps? Did the installation went well or was there some error's? Vell implemented a Log output at the end of the installation process, maybe this could help too.

    To make that clear …. the more information you give us, the better and faster we can help.

    Hi.

    Zopo C2 1/32,  i installed the ROM as a clean install and had no problem installing the rom. I chose paolo kernel.

    then when the mobile phone starts does not pass the logo miui and then restarts again and again.

      Try it out with the Dreamer Kernel, maybe this would help.

      Did you made a TWRP Backup? So you can restore your previous version so you can use your phone, until Vell release the next weekly-version.
