Preface:
   I present to you port MIUI 7 with phone Xiaomi RedRice (HM2013023) for phones ZOPO C2/ZP980, C3, C7/990. Installation is using Aroma Installer. Multilingual build by xiaomi.eu team
   Firmware need an extended system partition 1Gb.
   Recomended recovery – TWRP 2.8.0.0 for C2/980, C3 for C7/990

Attention!
In all firmware when switching between HD and FHD mode after installing and running the firmware is not to panic, that the entire screen crooked, just reboot again.

How_to_extend_the_system_partition SelectShow

Description of the installation process:
New installation:
    1. Make sure again that you have Extended the System to 1.0 Gb.
    2. Recommended to install Recovery – TWRP 2.8.0.0 = for С2/980, C3 = = for C7/990 =
    3. Make a full backup.
    4. Copy the archive file of the firmware on the internal or external SD card.
    5. In TWRP Recovery do all wipes except flash drives.
    6. Necessarily restart Recovery.
    7. Install the firmware. The installation process in detail accompanied by a dialog menu and additional information.
    8. After the system boots, do not rush to use the phone, give him a lie down for 5 minutes and then restart it.

Update a previous version:
    1. Copy the archive file of the firmware on the internal or external SD card.
    2. Make a full backup.
    3. Necessarily restart Recovery.
    4. Install the firmware. The installation process in detail accompanied by a dialog menu and additional information.
    5. Wipe a Cache / Dalvik cache
    6. After the system boots, do not rush to use the phone, give him a lie down for 5 minutes and then restart it.

    Works fine; but the system run slow, widgets, animations, scroll, etc need some perfomance

      How to make a extended system partition (tnx for mc1968)
      Attention!!! All data on internal SD will be lost!!!
      Recomended recovery – 2.8.0.0 = for С2/980, C3 = = for C7/990 =
      Repartition files = for 16/32Gb version = = only for 4Gb version =
          1. Copy rom into your external sdcard.
          2. Copy zip file with the partition type into your external sdcard (for 32Gb version recomended System1Gb-Data5.0Gb, for 4Gb version – ONLY C2_ROM-4GB_System_1.0gb).
          3. Wipe -> advanced: dalvik cache, cache, data, android secure, system.
          4. Install zip file with the partition type.
          5. Be sure reboot into recovery.
          6. Wipe -> advanced: dalvik cache, cache, data, emmc, android secure, system.
          7. Reboot into recovery.
          8. Install rom with needed options.
          9. Reboot system.

      I also am not able to make a extended system partition. Stuck at step 5. After installing the repartition files (System 1GB, Data 5GB), reboot into recovery .. but it is stuck in a boot loop. It seems like after installing the repartition files, it wipes recovery on boot.

      Flashed with zopo flash tool the repartition files and recovery, but even then no luck getting into recovery using phone buttons.

      Flashed stock firmware with TWRP 2.8.0.0 recovery eventually, root device, install mobile ucle tools and with that I got into TWRP using phone buttons again. No luck getting in TWRP again with phone buttons. Tried volume down + power and volume up + power.

      In TWRP tried to extend repartion system and data again. Same happens .. Installing repartition files ok, boot, bootloop .. :(

      I have the Zopo C2 Platinum 1GB/32GB ..

      After reading my own post .. full of mistakes. OK, second chance.

       

      I also am not able to make an extended system partition. Stuck at step 5.       If you have a bootloop after the install repertition script:

      Remove a battery

      boot into recovery.(plug the charger and press vol+ pwr button)

          6. Wipe -> advanced: dalvik cache, cache, data, emmc, android secure, system.
          7. Reboot into recovery.
          8. Install rom with needed options.

      Thanks for your reply, but I already tried that with no luck. Problem is that recovery is not accesible using the phone buttons. I 've got it working though after I dedicated myself for 1,5 days to my beloved phone .. ignoring wife, child and pet .. haha.

      Basicly it was a repartition error. Something went wrong partitioning the system partition. Below I describe in short what I did.

      1. Install ZOPO USB driver on PC
      2. Install MtkDroidtools
      3. Connect phone to PC en turn it on (still in bootloop)
      4. Although in bootloop MtkDroidTools sees the phone and you can reboot in recovery with it.
      5. In recovery check the system and data partition sizes.
      6. If sizes aren't as they suppose to, flash the repartitioning files again. Phone will go into bootloop. Go to step 4.
      7. If sizes are as they suppose to, reboot into recovery. You should not have a bootloop anymore.
      8. Install ROM

      After installing the ROM, I lost my EMEI. Below are the steps I took to get my EMEI back.

      1. Root your phone and reboot (for non rooters .. sorry. I tried different methods without root but no luck)
      2. Turn on USB debugging
      3. Connect your phone as camera. Let windows install drivers.
      4. Connect your phone to PC
      5. In MtkDroidTools click ROOT and give permission on the phone
      6. Click NVRAM button
      7. In dialog box input your EMEI. You can find your EMEI in the battery compartment. Get the battery out and you will see your IMEI.
      8. Put in a second EMEI. You dont have a second EMEI, but put a number that looks like the first EMEI but with the last four digits differently.
      9. Replace / Save EMEI and reboot the phone.
      10. Everything should be fine.

      If MtkDroidTools doesn't see your phone while it is connected, there is something wrong with the USB driver. Best way is to uninstall all ADB drivers and reinstalling them. You can use usbdeview to do this.

      Hope I helped some people with this.

    Finaly, there is a german translation on xiaomi.eu, i worked on it with some guy's from the forum there. How long would it take to bring it into this ROM? Or would it be includet in the next update?

    with the new rom v. 5.9.24 i cannot unlock the phone with sim on slot n° 2 

    i return back to old 5.9.17
