Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
– Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

can someone show me how to falsh TWRP to Lenovo S650?
my phone already rooted but i cannot flash the TWRP via SP Flash tool
the status showing "Searching……" up to 15 minutes
like it not flashing it to my phone

Have you installed the MediaTek PreLoader USB VCOM drivers on your computer?
why i cant root this rom using vroot? im using v1421.
i manage to flash the latest one but got bugs !
some application have Chinese character even i have selected English as default language !
need to fix this especially the Theme Center.

This is new features but the voice is in Chinese when I selected SelfCapture mode.
4. Theme Center.
5. Dialer.
6. Call.
7. Browser.
so much chinese characters………..any rectification….??????
The chinese characters after caller ID are some "location" thing
you can disable from contacts->More features and settings->Location->Display number's location.

yeah the chinese character in contact & calling can be disable by turn the location off
i have install the latest update for contacts manager & it was very nice ^_^
after use it for few days, i realize that this upgrade doesnt consume too much ram…i have around 400mb ram after reboot…i recomend this rom to be installed…just forget the chinese character…it doesn't affect much

Chinese characters sebab ROM ni untuk CN punya, bukan ROW, so expect some Chinese characters.
Kalau ko nak mod SystemUI phone ni, try pakai xposed, then install GravityBox (KK) punya version.
Translation: The chinese characters is because this ROM is CN version, not ROW. And if you want to mod the ROM SystemUI, try installing xposed. And after that install GravityBox (KK) version.

How to root this rom? I have tried the SRSroot – doesnt work and OneClickRoot – device not found (I have ADB installed).
