Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
– Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM

No, you just need to have TWRP recovery CN version installed on the phone and if you want to use GAPPS follow the guide I wrote a few pages back, to delete system apps to make room for GAPPS

Go here, download the V17 zip version, put inphone storage, boot recovery, wipe cache and dalvik, install V17 zip and reboot, now check your baseband version ( 900 enabled ), this is the best radio for world use !!!

TWRP is a custom recovery for the phone which allows you to backup existing roms. restore to older versions and install new roms.
It comes in 2 version CN and ROW, CN is foe chinese software such as this rom and ROW ( rest of world ), for the rom with languages, you must choose the right recovery to use from here:

Choose CN if you wish to install or use permanently a CN based rom and ROW if you want to use or install ROW roms !!, if you have the incorrect version it will not work properly !!

There is only 1 version that is. 1417 2 dev, there is no 3 dev, I don’t know what you are talking about ??!!
i had succed flash rom vibe ui..but there is no twrp for my s650..and i failed to install twrp coz of my fon accidentally become unrooted..then i want to root again but failed coz of software SECUREit..how to delete this SECUREit..i cant disable or force stop it,,hope u can tell the problem..tq
