Step 1: Download the custom ROM copied to an external SD card root directory
Step 2: the shutdown state. While holding down:
– Power button + volume button up, to enter the recovery mode.
– Wipe Data / Factory Reset -> delete all user data
– Wipe Cache Partition -> Wipe cache
– Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache
Step 3: Return to recovery main interface Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> Select your ROM
Step 4: Brush complete, restart the phone Patience required – first boot takes a while
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I have updated my s650 but now i want to downgrade to the first version(VIBEUI_V1.5_1415_3_DEV_S650). Can anyone tell me how to do this?? I'm not an expert on phones so i would like someone to explain me simply.

I think it’s best for this phone. Green led – GPS, everything works fine.

hello global, just sharing my problem and how i solved it.
My father just bought this phone and he got rolled out by the latest update. 1427 version and out of sudden google service not working. So I look at few solution suggest by forum and comments and trying something on my own. Lot of people suggest to revert back to previous version but did;nt really specify how to do it. Simply by saying flashing is not really helping as i spent hours downloading old ROM 119,1121,1125 and accidentally found a way to flash it by go to Lenovo System update -> swipe to right -> tool kit -> install special update -> choose downloaded ROM that had been copied to phone memory. Anyway i keep on changing but no go, but in the end, I figure it out that after the auto update -> the phone lose its superuser or root access. So, below is how i solved the rest of the problem.
1st thing to do -> get developer option and enable USB debugging (google this dont know how)
2nd -> download the latest version of your ROM, me using LENOVO S650 VibeUI – Update v1427 -> once download copy it to your phone memory -> go to system update -> swipe and open tool kit -> install certain update -> choose your ROM.zip. phone will reboot to recovery and installation process continue (Yes, i know its the same ROM that had problem but its up to you, or you can skip to the next step if you already had the same version of ROM).
Download gapps for 4.4.2 anywhere from forum and copy it to your phone mmeory as well
3rd -> Rooting the device back – in my father's phone case, simply by using vroot not possible, but i had trick to do it which is -> install rootgenius -> connect phone and root it (u will find superuser in app list but the phone is not fully root) > then install vRoot and reconnect back > it will say ur phone is root > but keep continue and click reroot > once reboot u will find new superuser > update the superuser please
4th -> Need to install TWRP -> download TWRP CN version -> extract file -> copy recovery.img and put in your phone memory (TWRP link can be found in anywhere from google)
5th -> Need to install Unclephone MTK software -> since my father's phone doesnt hv google play (services stopped) so I had to use lenovo store -> it works anyway Double check your phone status whether it has Root or UnRoot version display from MTK software. if Unroot -> go reroot your device back
6 -> Open uncephone MTK -> open it -> go to recovery update -> choose recovery.img (the file from TWRP extracted zip file) that had been copied to your phone -> it will ask u to reboot and booom. u will reach TWRP environment.
7 -> Clean Cache and Dalvik Cache -> go to install from ZIP file -> find your GAPPS,zip and flash it – reboot
8-> Phone will reboot and all will be good to go -> i suggest first thing to do is check your playstore -> update ur google servic and proceed with other google apps installation

i did it but i would like also to remove SECUREIT but i can't or a logo of security issue will appear on display

v1427 got bugs !!!!
when the screen off/sleep, the phone stop installing, downloading app, not receiving msg from whatsapp/wechat/beetalk !!!
