Please use latest version of WinRAR or 7Zip
Official ROM Lenovo X2-AP Version: X2-AP_ROW_S223_150528 (Lollipop 5.0)
Gapps include – No Rooted
Language support : EN/CN/AR/BG/CS/EL/ES/FR/HR/HU/RO/RU/SK/SL/SR/TH/TR/UK/VI/TW/IN
Installation:
1. Open flash_tool.exe from SP_Flash_Tool_v5.1512.00 folder
2. In Flashtool, select the MT6595_Android_scatter.txt from the target_bin folder. Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
3. Make sure “DA DL All with Checksum” is checked in Options -> Options -> Download OR YOUR PHONE WILL FAIL TO BOOT!
4. Turn off your phone.
5. Select "Firmware Upgrade" or "Download only", but do not use "Format All + Download", because you will lose your IMEI and MAC
6. Press Download
7. Connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- install driver from Drivers folder, if needed (you may have to disable Windows Driver Signature Enforcement)
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after, yellow, grey and green circles is displayed, the phone is successfully flashed
8. Disconnect the USB cable from the phone and turn it on. It will take few minutes for the phone to boot for first time

Ota files modified to install over TWRP
S224 OTA file added (S223 to S224)
S228 OTA file added (S224 to S228)
Because ota files, created as differantial update, you need to allready installed previouse version

My friend Eryen, S228 ota file is not TWRP compatible!
Installation always fails!
Lenovo ota updates checks md5 hash of previuose files. So if your files modified, update will fail.
You need to be updated to s224 before try this update, and in stock condition as posible.
For example, i activate on screen buttons. And updates allways checks build.prob file. So update script fails because of modified system files.
If only, uploaded file not corrupted on cloud. Otherwise, i have updated whit this file.
I have a Vibe X2-AP. I am able to install the S223 firmware, but installation of TWRP fails. Installing S130, rooting with Kingroot works.
Any suggestions?

My question, to be sure, can I use this rom for Model Vibe X2pt5, because this model does not have Mediatek chip, but Qualcomm Snapdragon 615, 64 bit octa core. I guess Flahtool only works with Mediatek, or doesnt it matter and can I flash my phone normaly?

I have installed this Firmware to two CU phones without formating and they both work fine with two active SIMs and all!
Are you sure you need to format NVRAM? I have used only Firmware Upgrade. No modem change after that and I am receiving OTA updates without problem!!
I am in Bulgaria if that matters.
