Cant get viper4android working. how to set it up? please help!
installed high quallity tryd compability mode and forced no change in audio and on status its enable but not prossesing, while i try playing audio from mp3 or spotify.
i will try port oppo this weekend

Honestly what you write down, is new to me. I put the 20140218 up with the stock recovery, from ZIP, because the Wireless Update won't work.
Can you help me to understand this kind of problem?
GPS again:
I'm wondering, what if the problem is not the GPS? Could it be the compass? The compass in my unit is very unstable, jumping here and there all the time, seldom shows the right direction. Don't the navigation programs do also use the compass, not only the GPS? Could that be the problem? A bit funny, but if I put the phone into flight mode, the compass gets more stabil. What do you guys think about this?
Confirm, my compass sems more stable in flight mode. Did you try to navigate with only gps antenna on?

I'm following the threads about bad GPS and I didn't find a good solution. But I don't loose my hope and I won't stop working on that
. If I got something new Fluffy-ROM will have those changes too.
I just disassembled the whole thing, mainboard connectors, everything. I noticed the mainboard was not 100% aligned with the bodywork. there are a few conductive fiber patches underneath that somehow make the board sit crooked on the body.
After I reassembled everything I now have a stronger signal, still not as good as fluffy, but better than before. It also seems, I get a faster GPS fix now, at least the signals are about 10% stronger than before.
I think this phone has some serious hardware problems, if not everything is assembled 100% correct, you get massive gps problems, because the signal quality drops below a certain threshold value.
I can only hope, Zopo finds a solution fast, sending out a new GPS antenna for instance as IOcean did with the X7 or something like that.
Hi guys , My GPS don´t even gives any bar showing the strenghth of the GPS… one hour, two hours and no signal, tried every rom available, from zp9520 to zp998,with CWM, TWRP, flash tools, in open sky and none solves my problem.Even opened the phone and pulled the pins for better connection, I don t know what to do.. I use GPS a lot…
I bought a second hand tomtom gps receiver and hopefully this will solve my GPS problem..
Second hand cost about $20
It arrives end of the week..
I think that Zopo is not a serious company. Looks like good phones but always problems.
I got a ZP100 which didn't have problems.
So i bought 3 others for family members. 2 of them never got 3G, sent them back to repair, came back ..no repaired. And we are still waiting for the third …back from China.
Mine ..had dust under the screen !
I bought later a ZP950+ …and had 3G problems too …but fortunately for Zopo i broke it ..
Now i hesitated to buy this ZP998 ..but liked the size and specifications ..but cannot use the GPS !!! For a 300 $ phone it is incredible !!!
My wife get an Amoi N850, cheap phone ..but very good ..and all is working perfectly !!
If Zopo no solves the GPS problem i will never buy a Zopo again !! And will talk about

I hate to say it, but in some term, i’m dissapointed by my choice…
First i try a BT external GPS receiver if it not works i go back to Huawei..
I had a U9508 Honor 2 (2GB RAM) a perfect phone but i gave it to my daughter…and she is very happy now..
