Posting the last update from Ecco.hk (thanks to @stapo101 for tip). Please, be patient because uploading process is not fast. I Hope we can have the best working firmware.

Here is link to download update provided for @stapo101, thanks friend. I still do not have the phone because I sent it back to the supplier. I'm still waiting for shipment arrives. So I can not comment about the stability and performance on this firmware

It will be necessary that those interested, download and install the firmware upgrade.

I've installed on my phone and it really works well, excellent audio quality, very good resolution images and videos. No Chinese applications.
No root permissions
Multilanguage.
I have detected only two drawbacks:
1. Unable to install root permissions, having tried all options: iRoot, KingoRoot, RootGenius, etc.
If any of you able to install this option, I beg you let us to know the way.
2. I've installed a CWM Recovery, but the system does not allow me to access these services. It seems as if there is a special block for these options.
INSTALLATION:
a) Very important that a full backup is made before starting the update.
b) You can get here also the Sp Flashtool V5.1516. With this application I've made the installation.

Se trata de la actualización Android V5.0 prácticamente libre de "bugs" publicada en 2015-0430. Original, sin modificaciones
Yo la he instalado en mi telefono y realmente funciona muy bien, excelente calidad de Audio, muy buena resolución en imagenes y videos. Sin aplicaciones chinas.
Sin permisos de Raiz.
Multilenguaje.
Solamente le he detectada 2 inconvenientes:
1.- No ha sido posible instalar permisos de raiz, habiendo probado con todas las opciones: Iroot, KingoRoot, RootGenius, etc.
Si alguno de ustedes logra instalar esta opción, le ruego indicar aqui mismo, la forma de solucionarlo.
2.- Aun cuando yo instalé un Recovery CWM, el sistema no me permite acceder a estos servicios. Parece como si existiese un bloqueo especial para estas opciones.
INSTALACION:
a) Muy importante que se haga un respaldo completo, antes de iniciar la actualización.
b) Aqui tam bien podras obtener la V5.1516 de SpFlashtool, que es la mas reciente. Con esta aplicacion yo realice la instalación.

Hi @simoneguarrera. Thank you and yes, I know many ways to restore imei's data but a think some is not working with your TWERP recovery.
Let me try to explain. When flashed the V5.0 all info is ok, not imei data lost. The only problem is set root permission.
When installed your TWRP recovery, phone lost ime data and… I thin,that is not a good think.
Anyway, I'm back to 4.4.4. and try to find how to fix the problem in V5.0.
I've to mremember you that the ECOO HK technicians answer meby email, tellinjg they not encourage to set root permission in V5.0

plz tell me in some detail and also tell error free method so that no issue create during or after installation as i am new and dont know how to resolve them

You have to be carefull, because if you do not have experience, you can damage your phone.
Did you have tried this process?. Many users have trid and flash ends ok. I have mused the same procedure several times and works fine.
Please, check the firmware date before you flash it. Will better that you flash the newest update.

Sure, and recommend that you perfomr a search in gapps & apk tools category, inside needrom. Did you the search. There you will find mar that one drivcers packet.

this rom works great so far. iuse 2 sim cards and thay both work. i got anTuTu 64bit score of 44549 .
i dont need root becurs i use izzetle and it dit not work on rooted 4.4.4, even after i unrooted it.
I found only one thing wrong. (or maybe not) the ota update dos not work going to the section update just makes the phone hang for 5 sec and then it leavs the update screen/menu and gos back a step.

I have tested this rom and works fine. In text before I wrote that this firmware is the best option for Ecoo-E04 3gb ram, for users wich no need root permission.
About ota update, sorry I did not test it and now, I'm back to V 4.4.4, wich works with root permissions.
Perhaps someone can tell you the experience on ota update.

Ecco not encourage to set root permission because into original boot and original firmware there are some integrity check before booting the phone and if also only one system file is modificated or eliminated or update the system don't boot, in the TWRP that i have compiled i try the way to bypass this pre-boot check and now, also with the root the system working well

I've read all your comment and I'll try to update to V5.0 again and check carefull all what happens.
The last time I installed the recovery TWRP modified by you, all the phone's behavior changed radically.
1- The hidden file ".android_secure" disappeared from the root of the SD. This file is required for operation in SD card.
2- The backup created is only stored in the phone's internal memory; is not possible to save it to the SD card 32gb.
3- I have not had experience with TWRP recovery, I always used CWM , because I can porting via CTRv2.2 (with ECOO I could not) When I installed the TWRP, I was unable to restore the CWM backups. Could you be kind enough to tell me how to set compatibility.?

i bought this phone one week before i have some issue with the camera it has some thing wrong when i take pics some green and purple color lines appear in photos. Is there is fault in the phone camera ??? plz help me out to fix this issue

I think you set your picture size too high; it happens with other phones too if your picture resolution is high. Try setting resolution at 1.0M or 1.3M. Put other settings at default or auto.
