Posting the last update from Ecco.hk (thanks to @stapo101 for tip). Please, be patient because uploading process is not fast. I Hope we can have the best working firmware.

Here is link to download update provided for @stapo101, thanks friend. I still do not have the phone because I sent it back to the supplier. I'm still waiting for shipment arrives. So I can not comment about the stability and performance on this firmware

I've installed on my phone and it really works well, excellent audio quality, very good resolution images and videos. No Chinese applications.
No root permissions
Multilanguage.
I have detected only two drawbacks:
1. Unable to install root permissions, having tried all options: iRoot, KingoRoot, RootGenius, etc.
If any of you able to install this option, I beg you let us to know the way.
2. I've installed a CWM Recovery, but the system does not allow me to access these services. It seems as if there is a special block for these options.
INSTALLATION:
a) Very important that a full backup is made before starting the update.
b) You can get here also the Sp Flashtool V5.1516. With this application I've made the installation.

Se trata de la actualización Android V5.0 prácticamente libre de "bugs" publicada en 2015-0430. Original, sin modificaciones
Yo la he instalado en mi telefono y realmente funciona muy bien, excelente calidad de Audio, muy buena resolución en imagenes y videos. Sin aplicaciones chinas.
Sin permisos de Raiz.
Multilenguaje.
Solamente le he detectada 2 inconvenientes:
1.- No ha sido posible instalar permisos de raiz, habiendo probado con todas las opciones: Iroot, KingoRoot, RootGenius, etc.
Si alguno de ustedes logra instalar esta opción, le ruego indicar aqui mismo, la forma de solucionarlo.
2.- Aun cuando yo instalé un Recovery CWM, el sistema no me permite acceder a estos servicios. Parece como si existiese un bloqueo especial para estas opciones.
INSTALACION:
a) Muy importante que se haga un respaldo completo, antes de iniciar la actualización.
b) Aqui tam bien podras obtener la V5.1516 de SpFlashtool, que es la mas reciente. Con esta aplicacion yo realice la instalación.

Es evidente que no has probado esta rom ni leido los comentarios de quienes la han instalado.
El firmware se instala y no tiene problemas de imei, los datos de imei le son borrados al instalar el recovery twrp.
La he subido porque es la mejor opcion y la mas nueva para V5.0 y en realidad, funciona para muchos usuarios que no usan permisos root.
Tiene buen diseño, muy rapida y con excelente performance.
Te recuerdo que en internet el usar mayusculas se percibe como si estuvieses gritando. Sugiero te ajustes a las normas internacionales.
Ya se quien eres. Por cierto, en verdad tienes este movil Ecoo 3gb o, continuas usando tu B6000.?

It's very strange in our italian forum no one have problem with this (both into SpaceRom and Official)
For android secure problem is impossible that TWRP delete it and for backup you can check in Backup Menù also The external storage (already tested by me)
Are you sure that you have flashed boot recovery and userdata modded in the same time? if yes try wiping cache and dalvik
For CWM i can do a port if you want it's not a problem

@suricatoy: I had to change the IMEI again after flashing TWRP but that's not a big deal.
The real problem I've got is hardware related: my physical keys are not working as intended. The volume up is not responding, sometimes the same happens to power key, but the worst is that when I power on or reboot the phone boots in "Boot selection mode" and I cannot choose any option beacause it's scrolling on all the 3 options. It doesn't charge in the same time. I have to wait i.e. till the morning with the battery out and suddenly it's charging and booting again. But no volume up and the whole cycle repeats. I'd have to keep it running all the time
It happens regardless of the system.
Has anyone experienced anything similiar?

friend @fourzero, I think you should perform the installation again using the "full format + download" option. Then you must use the phone and check its performance and operation without making any changes.
Do not install even the TWRP, not try to set root permissions.
Mine runs smoothly with the firmware in original condition, only without root permissions or CWM recovery.
I sent new mail to Elephone-Store "presale service" requesting support to solve these problems and will be on the lookout for the answer, which I will give to know in this way.,
Anyway, I have reservation on presale, 2 pieces P7000 model, wich event begins tomorrow. I hope that this model can accept the root permizos smoothly.

My problem is really a hardware related one. I had it issue without root or TWRP, on previous 5.0 build and even on factory 4.4. Just 5 minutes atfer unpacking the package.

@BadTag, when I've updated to V5.0 everything working fine, just can not set Root Permission and many ptoblems to save Full Backup CWM recovery in SD Card.
As you have V5.0 and it's the last update, probably the OTA option tell you "your phone is updated".

No, that's not it. I can also confirm that the wireless/OTA update doesn't work. It doesn't register when you click on the "check for update" button an then just closes after a few seconds after being unresponsive.
Other issues I have found so far:
- The fingerprints app doesn't work so you can't make use of the fingerprint scanner which is a real shame. The app launches but when you select the option to aquire a fingerprint and then select which finger you want to scan it shows the instruction screen but does not open the scanning dialog.
- The phone still gets very hot on occaision with little activity to cause this.
I have had some emails back and forth with ecoo and have detailed the issues and provided screenshots but they just come back giving me the link to the download page and advising me to download the correct link – which I obviously already had.
