In the original ROM V3 (G4S-20140816-190609), Superuser, even if enabled in Settings, is not working.
You put the boot.img in the rom (rename boot.v3.fixsu.img –> boot.img) and after you flash your mobile

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Look I have the display auo45 and is completely busted in practice I have the phone unusable, and now no solution.

Jiayu should do something since they simply uploaded an incorrect update and now people have a fu**ed up mobile for days.
This is not a reliable company. Leaving people with no assistance whatsoever who have paid for this mobile phone for an error THE COMPANY HAS MADE by publishing an incorrect update is simply UNACCEPTABLE.

Also I have the phone with the touch fault and the display model auo45. You display that you have?

Yes I installed the rom and now I have the phone out of the touch is not responding is not fully calibrated. Yes, I have a few G5s with displays auo45.Hai solution apart from what you read here and that I do not funxiona?
Summarizing how I installed official Rom KK 07242014 V2.0 and restoring 4.2.2 after that …:
1) Official Rom 4.2.2 was running on my phone
2) CWM-backup Rom 4.2.2
3) Installing official KK Rom 24.07.2014 via flashtool => Rom running good!
4) CWM-backup KK Rom 24.07.2014
5) Restoring CWM-backup Rom 4.2.2 => no good, display problems: After restoring 4.2.2 display was uncalibrated: I had to touch about 5 millimeters above touch keys to hit them, for example.
6) Restoring CWM-backup KK Rom => running good as before!

Does anyone know the technical reason why the touchscreen isn't working correctly with any previous versions after installing this rom?
Can someone explain that?
i read somewhere that this occurs due to drivers change.
so when updating to kk, drivers get updated too to correspond
correctly with the new version.
and rolling back to older version simply creates incompatibility.
But installing for example G4S-20140704 (KK V1.0) shouldn't update the driver as well?
Anybody knows, what happens, when restoring phone from official 4.4.2 to any 4.2.2 via mtkdroidtools including restore of nvram?
