In the original ROM V3 (G4S-20140816-190609), Superuser, even if enabled in Settings, is not working.
You put the boot.img in the rom (rename boot.v3.fixsu.img –> boot.img) and after you flash your mobile

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

For the GPS function just install the FasterGPS application…
How is the camera with this ROM ?
its all good just scan your rom after installation for bloated apps and softwares installed…

Has anyone ever had problems with the battery?
I juist 40 minutes ago flashed the rom G4S-20141022-222444 and allready 7% of my battery is gone.
Normally I can do 2 full days with my battery but now I'm worried that that isn'n possible anymore
I have a problem with the newest rom G4S-20141022-222444.
The microphone sensitivity is too high, phone converts the voice. I can't hear normal voice of my interlocutor. My voice is converted too.
In the latest rom 20140912-213816 the voice was clear.
Anybody know the solution?

Just tested this rom. Flashing went smooth. Issues
- boots in chinese; you'll have to visually navigate to all apps, settings, General tab (the second one), Language and input (has an icon like the A letter), first option is language
- has only IME keyboard; switch it to english to be able to type, install other keyboard from google play
- called id match bug PRESENT, will not match numbers in international vs. national format. I have to keep my entire address book in national format. Also SMS separate thread issue due to this bug
- has one chinese app, something that seems system related
- buggy default theme, swith to system theme
A better option was to install the version from jiayu.es. First get their app, from the app download recovery and rom, install recovery, boot recovery, install from zip, change language from spanish to english. Same called id bug.
