In the original ROM V3 (G4S-20140816-190609), Superuser, even if enabled in Settings, is not working.
You put the boot.img in the rom (rename boot.v3.fixsu.img –> boot.img) and after you flash your mobile

1.This software only used for jiayu G4S（2GB RAM+16GB ROM） ,that's means this can't appropriate for any other model ,even can't match for G5S!
2.IF your phone upgrate to android 4.4 version,it can't downgrade to android 4.2 version(screen touch may not be correct),We may do not provide any technical support in this situation .

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
I have 4.2.2, recomend or not the upgrade for 4.4.2?
I can't install this with SPFT, someone explains me why?
hi, maybe it will help (based on my own experience):
1. install "MT65XX USB VCOM drivers" (just googling)
2. extract ROM and rename the folder by remove chinese words. Ex: rename "G4S-20140704-161636高配4.4体验版V1.0" tobe "G4S-20140704-161636" only
3. extract SPFT, do not install when it still in ".rar" format. fully extract!
4. run the SPFT then browse the scatter, make sure the scatter loaded
5. change the "download only" to "firmware upgrade"
6. klick the "green down arrow" button then connect your G4S with no-battery attached
7. wait when it's working on and a window will appeared with "checklist" symbol
8. you can safely remove your G4S and turn it on

Did you guys can turning one of dual SIM off, even the slot inserted with two SIM cards?
I did it in my old Jiayu (G3T), but not in Jiayu G4S. thanks for the answer

I've tested the new rom Update 09/26/2014,
and from now I dont have the boot animation nor I can enter in the recovery mode,
(I try to install two others recovery by Uncletom whithout success)
Beside of this, the phone works normally.
someone can help me ??!!
