In the original ROM V3 (G4S-20140816-190609), Superuser, even if enabled in Settings, is not working.
You put the boot.img in the rom (rename boot.v3.fixsu.img –> boot.img) and after you flash your mobile

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

Path is not compatible with all kitkat rom on jiayu g4s, anyone can confirm me?
@juliotec may bad i replaced the libcameracustom.so noisy camera in the v3
by the way how can you fix the contacts? its a little bit annoying it comes with a software which syncs accounts can we chnaged this to stock contacts? thank you
Did you overwrite the contacts.apk and dialer.apk from my link? and not working?
In addition to juliotecs instructions on page 9 of this thread I had to install contacts.apk V4.2.2 (I took contacts.apk from my 4.2.2 Rom backup, MTKDroidTools). Now "contacts" is running in german language!

Is there someone that the dialer and contacts that i upload is working too?
If your dialers and contacts are not working, put the contacts.apk and contacts.odex original rom v2 G4S-20140724-114258 and the dialer.apk and dialer.odex original from v3 G4S-20140816-190609 to system/priv-app but you need add a short cut from your dialer with a app from google paly named quickshortcut. choose activities and create the short selecting th dialer, the shortcut has the name like Dialactactivity or something that.
Anyone knows:
- Is it possible to instal any custom rom after instal kitkat v3? (with working screen)?
- Is Jiayu working at an update for screen problem?
No, is not possible to install any custom rom except a russian rom based on V2.
No, JiaYu is not working at a fix and they explicitly said they won't.
So the only thing we can do is waiting for custom rom based on V3?
V3 or even V2 if touchscreen is AUO
For the russian custom rom based on V2, try searching for AOSP racerevil.
