How to install the ROM
You have to use my Unoffical TWRP 3.6.1 Recovery to flash your device later. The file in the attachment is zipped and valid for the TWRP Recovery (don't extract the rom zip!)
Please backup NVRAM and IMEI with TWRP BEFORE flash! If you lose your MAC / IMEI after flash, you can restore it in 2 seconds!
First time installing the ROM
Boot into TWRP -> delete Dalvik, Cache, System and Data -> Install the ROM ZIP -> Install GAPPS -> Restart your phone -> thats it!
Upgrade from earlier version
Boot into TWRP -> delete Dalvik, Cache, System -> Install the ROM ZIP -> Install GAPPS -> Restart your phone -> thats it!
Bugs and how you can fix it
- to reduce flickering on apps (only few have this issue), go to: settings -> developer options -> animation duration scale -> animation off
- Video recording inverted color (workarround: any third party camera)

Hi',i cant get past the setup screen. The buttons are non responsive but status bar works, help.
Do you use TWRP 3.2.1? If yes, delete cache, davilk, system, data and try again. Otherwise try to install DotOS as alternate.

Actually did all that with the specified recovery, anyway v6 works only it does not detect sim card initially. I rebooted and wiped cache and dalvik and now IT WORKS! So hyped now actually running LOS 14.1 now. Thanks a lot man, here's hoping you can get us poor fellows to Oreo. Big up.
I flashed latest los14 and noticed battery drain , phone idle is the largest spender and phone is more in awake than asleep when screen is off. I think problem is with adaptive brightness but im not sure,i am not an expert in android. does anyone have this problem, and possible fix for it.

Yup, same thing here. It also seems to overheat to the point of slowdown, especially with video apps(YT and the likes). I installed L speed which made a bit of a difference, but not by much.
I'll update soon all 3 Nougat ROMs with new power profile and some changes for battery drain
Also LineageOS14.1 gets newer security patch level and GPS is maybe fixed for all three ROMs

I'll add soon a patch for better battery capacity. But I wanted to release the new patches anyway. The other ROMs gets an updates soon with the right values

nope, they have no newer security updates. they are on oreo and not on nougat anymore. no newer security updates for the both roms :/
V08 will be released as new update next week i guess. bootloop on newest version.
Im not at home until monday and i'll go for new version then with test
