How to install the ROM
You have to use my Unoffical TWRP 3.6.1 Recovery to flash your device later. The file in the attachment is zipped and valid for the TWRP Recovery (don't extract the rom zip!)
Please backup NVRAM and IMEI with TWRP BEFORE flash! If you lose your MAC / IMEI after flash, you can restore it in 2 seconds!
First time installing the ROM
Boot into TWRP -> delete Dalvik, Cache, System and Data -> Install the ROM ZIP -> Install GAPPS -> Restart your phone -> thats it!
Upgrade from earlier version
Boot into TWRP -> delete Dalvik, Cache, System -> Install the ROM ZIP -> Install GAPPS -> Restart your phone -> thats it!
Bugs and how you can fix it
- to reduce flickering on apps (only few have this issue), go to: settings -> developer options -> animation duration scale -> animation off
- Video recording inverted color (workarround: any third party camera)

Hi Seluce. Can you replace stock camera app with Footej camera.
I'll try to find a solution for this problem. But I can add two versions next version as work around. (One zip with snap camera and another zip with footej)

I have tried up to v13 and i face the same problem like with every other android 7 rom and that is, that there is no video on 3rd party twitch apps. Lets say Pocket Plays and Impulse. On video resolutions 480p and 720p there is no picture and sometimes the apps say the stream is offline and when i select 360p there is green picture but no video, in all instances there is audio thought! But when i send the video from Pocket Plays to vlc there is video in all resolutions!
The official twitch app, Newpipe etc work fine. It really baffles me! Is it a glitch on the app side or a codec issue?
depends on the app which codes are in use. not all codes are active on nougat. but i can take a look if i can find something.
I didn't manage to install Gapps. The combinations are too many.
Which one should i choose, download and install to Cubot note S?

Added now themes (OMS) on latest LineageOS14.1 with 2018-11-05 updates
You can grab for Substratum Themes in Play Store or look for some apks on other themes site.
after intall the apk, you can go into the Substratum-app to apply the theme
Hi thanks for the ROM, I have a problem:
I tried to install the ROM but when I reboot for the first time doesn't load the ROM but it shows the Lineage logo forever loading, how can I solve the problem? Thank you
Did you tried Oms or the pure one?
Did you deleted cache, data, etc?
Oms worked fine for me. Pure will be tested next days
I tried the oms version, i deleted cache, data… with the wipe function that does the 3 wipes simultaneously, maybe I need to do a deeper wipe? Thank you so much for your answer
flash Offical V06 20170711, flash my TWRP 3.1.2-2 and try the ROM again
-> delete delete Dalvik, Cache, System and Data
-> install ROM and then Google GApps
Hi Seluce, I followed.your suggestions and it worked! Thank you now installed new Ron but I have another problem: titanium backup doesn't work and I can't restore app backups. I read that it could be a conflict with substratum, how can I solve this problem? Thank you so much
That's the reason why I compiled two versions. If you want to use some specific stuff or mods, go for the pure version. It's a clean LineageOS and works fine
LineageOS OMS is more for designs and has modified framework. Not all mods works here, but you can change your theme design.
If you switch from LineageOS OMS to the pure Version, you can keep data. Only delete cache, dalvik and system. Then install LineageOS pure. Your data / apps are not affected and will be restored
