In the original ROM V3 (G4S-20140816-190609), Superuser, even if enabled in Settings, is not working.
You put the boot.img in the rom (rename boot.v3.fixsu.img –> boot.img) and after you flash your mobile

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.

Hello my firend i have problem witch my 4gs 2GB/16GB first when i buy this phone have oficial kk 4.4.2 but this frimeware have big problem about camera, he have change position mpx camera : front show 13mpx /rear show 3.0mpx, when i return to android 4.2.2 then all is good about camera but problem is witch toutch screen, he is recalibrate, buton to navigation dont work well.
My quastion is how fix frimeware kk4.4.2 -bad information about camera or how reinstal system and dont get problem witch calibration screen.

You are unlucky! Try to flash my rom. I don’t think my rom is the best, but it good for you.

found 2 versions :
JIAYU G4S – Update 09/12/2014 – FL
JIAYU G4S – Update 09/12/2014 – SD
what's the difference between FL & SD
which one should i download & install

Don’t flash this roms. They have many bugs. After flashing this rom’s, you can’t fix this faults.
FL = FlashTool (flash using Flash Tool via connecting your phone on PC).
SD = Copy the downloaded zip file on ur SD Card and install using custom recovery.
by the way, this is the latest official release
V4 is the best rom, art work fine, memory management and battery management improved well.
Good job jiayu team.
Has anyone already tried update from 12/9? Can it be safetly loaded or it's better to wait?

i am using 4.2 now and my screen is LG, can i flash new v4 rom. is that stable or should i wait…
Dialer, contacts, browser & other ".apk" – 100% China. Make international version these files and will be fine.
For users: Problem with touch V.1 solved here. Possible to install.

I have flashed my Jiayu G4s 2/16
I found a issue in Camera settings Picture size
Main camera has maximum 3M pixels and the quality is very poor
Front camera has maximum 13M pixels
How should be fixed this bug?
Thats compatibility issue with some Jiayu G4S batch phones and their KitKat rom:s as of today your phone has no KitKat compatible rom. result is always inverted camera. New official Stock rom is out few hours ago. You may try that if they have finally fixed the issue of your batch of phones hardware. Official update is bottom of this page or in OP later.
a few post i have wrinting a desagree with jiayu team about v3 bugs. now like to say thanks to jiayu team great rom this v4, its rigth way. never see so responsive kitkat.
