Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6592_Android_scatter.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool

- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "

I want to confirm that if I will flash v3 then I won't be able to go back to 4.2.2 but would I be able to go to any other 4.4.2 custom roms?

4.4.2? Probably. 4.2.2 custom rom? you can but with messed up touchscreen.
This lenovo rom is very very smooth but camera is only 8MP, ROM isnt multilang (this isnt big deal for me). The biggest problem is fact that i cant achieve root. Icecoffe can you write steb by step guide (for dummies) how to root it ?
Go to recovery CTR, connect your phone to PC while still in recovery then open MTK Droid Tools in PC, there select SuperUser on the 2nd tab, and choose superuser (not supersu) when prompted again, wait til it finish. Then flash this http://download.clockworkmod.c.....r/superuser.zip
Some app may complain that it's not compatible but so far I don't have any problem.
Yeah I just noticed that the camera is 8MP (for both side -_-), I wonder if there's any way to resolve this.
mybe juliotec could help to port this rom to jiayu g4s…
camera, could some one substitut camera lib, official jiayu v3 have bug in camera but substitute camera lib file resolve.

Not sure, I have auo LCD so I can't have it anyway. With the included power saving app, it's ridiculously good still remain 50% after a whole day use.

- try to flash G4S-20140704-161636 v1 (kitkat v1), change boot.img to JIAYU G4S – Boot.img – Only Members with "screen problem" the problem still remain, no screen, just blank -_-
