In the original ROM V3 (G4S-20140816-190609), Superuser, even if enabled in Settings, is not working.
You put the boot.img in the rom (rename boot.v3.fixsu.img –> boot.img) and after you flash your mobile

Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe

- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.

Does anybody know how to get haptic feedback of touch keys working? When my phone was running official 4.2.2 it was working, but since 4.4.2 no vibration on touch keys …
Hello guys. I want to thank dontneedrom e juliotec for the their excellent work. I followed their instructions step by step and now the phone runs well. I have only one problem yet: the dialerdoes not work well. I have overwritten the file juliotec but when I restart the phone get the message "the application has crashed in an unusual way". And if I go into root browser the application is uninstalled. Because? Can you help? Thanks.

Hello there,
I have a combination of problems in which my G4S isn't usable for me sadly.
1. I got the mobile 2 days ago with the stock 4.2.2 on it.
2. Installed 4.2.2 CWM recovery with sp flash tools and installed 4.4.2 v2 from Team Force. Reboots and I get a bootloop with the TF Logo. The same with Team Force Rainbow.
3. Installed stock 4.4.2 v1, v2, v3 with every combination of the "screen problem" update to v2, the "su update" to v3 etc. and always get black screen after flashing! No screen, no bootlogo, no bootanimation. Just backlight on, but black display (can see bit backlight on the edges of the phone)). During boot the phone vibrates and after short period you hear the sound of unknown wifi network get found (so phone boots!).
4. Installed stock 4.2.2. Touch screen is now very inaccurate in all 4.2 versions so that is no solution! (Touch update makes downgrade impossible)
5. Tried every mod / stock / custom / whatever 4.4.2 and every ends up with black screen during boot.
6. IMPORTANT: After boot in 4.4.2 the screen really turns off (after the standard 1 minute dalay). I click on power and screen comes on showing the normal screen and I can use the phone. Everything works and I am in the flashed version. Then I reboot the phone and now I have a 80 / 20 chance the screen stays off after reboot (still hear the sound of wifi gets found and when I tap the screen it works but nothin to see)! So first time boot after flash works then waiting for one minute dalay and then hitting power brings on the screen. after reboot chance is rare screen comes on every again.
Summary:
1. Installed 4.2.2 having boot logo, animation and stock OS, but touch is completly inaccurate. Recovery is installable through SP Flash and accessable.
2. Installation of Team Force 4.4.2 (every version) through recovery. Fails into bootloop (partition information wrong from 4.2.2 -> 4.4.2?!)
3. Flashin of every 4.4.2 fails with no boot logo, animation. After one minute in first boot the screen really turns off like it should and after pressing power I can bring on the OS – after next boot chance is rare the one minute dalay turns off the screen so not possible to turn on the screen.
WISH: Team Force 4.4.2 brings on the screen with boot logo but ends in bootloop. Wish for solution to overcome the bootloop with Team Force.

@bacsyhuy: This is not right. I did flash your rom, in fact, I nearly flashed every rom available here. You rom like the others stays black and then playback "für elise" by beethoven. So no difference to the other roms…
You have G4s from unsupported hardware batch. It wont support Jiayu current KitKat. White phone?

Will they support it soon or will it stay unsupported? So sad to have the phone in front of me which is unusable. Can I send a message to ejiayu with a good chance they here me?

I have the same problem with a Black Jiayu G4S 2/16 (LG47 Display 10 touch).
With 4.4 I have black screen (with backlight) till it completes booting. Then, pressing Power button the screen turns off (backlight off). Pressing again will turn the screen on and the Phone works normally.
ADD: I also tested encryption. When it reboots starting the encryption procedure, the screen remains on and I see the boot logo + animation. Encryption is however useless due to the no-keyboard problem.
Wainting for the next release and hopefully a bugfix

I also have a white G4S that seems unsupported at the moment. Would really nice if future roms supported this hardware!
@lithoijen: Do you want to go ahead and install the new V4 of Kitkat released yesterday and tell us if the black screen / no boot animation problem got fixed?!

My rom isn’t rom for everyone. Stock V3 is bad rom for all of us. You are unlucky when flashing rom V3. I make my rom to repair some bugs on rom V3. You mobile doesn’t open screen when booting? So that’s i put bootaudio on this rom (when music stops, it mean mobile boots successfully!
