   Do i have to install the original rom first or can i just install the update straight away? The one with THB-ROm

     just install the update. make sure that you backup the current rom, if you don't like the new rom you can easily restore your backup using rom toolbox (pro)

   Instalada en un Umi x2 2GB y funcionando ok. No la probe mucho, espero que mejore la potencia del Wifi y GPS.

   Is it for um ix2 turbo?
   Does it support OTG?
   Is it supported by indian service providers?
   Is the gps fix working in India?
   Is it having any other tweak like wifi 3g

   no idea, test it self

   gps is weak this is a hardware issue,depending on the weather, in the rain or cloudy, the GPS signal is poor

   the umi x1 has an replace gps antenna with better performance, till now i cant find replace gps strip or antenna for the umi x2
   
   Is it having any other tweak like wifi 3g

   not noticed, 

   You can easily make an backup of your current rom with current settings and data using rom toolbox, after the backup youcan  install and test all of this custom roms.Once you are finished with testing install rom toolbox again and restore the backup.

   correction:

    

   backup tool is the  rom manager, rom toolbox is additiional for tweaking and making backup of you applications manualy.
