Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.

I tried all the ROMs. No ROM deblock GPS on my W450. I also tried all the solutions I found on the internet, but nothing works. Without this problem, phone has good score "AnTuTu -17300," and this is the only good thing, the rest is crap. For root please use VROOT pc software, it works like charm
It helped me VROOT_1.7.3.4388_Setup.exe – but still dont know how to load ROM in SP_Flash Tool doesnot see my phone… I am doing this only for fixing of GPS
I have fix quickly with Wifi only (I use original rom)
For this use "FasterGPS" on playstore, you need to root your phone
In FasterGPS accept Root
Select your "Continent" and your "Country"
Verify your Setting GPS, GPS EPO active and auto download, active also AGPS
