   Hi Guys,

   I had several problems, mostly gone, but I have a new one.

   For a few days I had automatic rebooting several times a day. After 2 days, this completely disappeared. During the same time I sometimes had the black screen lock and the only solution was to remove the battery. This problem disappeared to by itself.

   However, 2 days ago my earpiece stopped working. The speaker in the back is working and so is the headset when I connect it, but if I remove it I cannot hear the other person speaking to me. I tried looking for solutions in many forums and this seems to be a common problem for android phones but none of the solutions work for me. Maybe its a hardware issue but it could very well be a software one. Any ideas?

   Guys about the touch screen issue, i found a fix, at least for me. The deal is the battery, i used to charge it via usb-pc, after that the touch screen issue began. So i let it run dry of the battery, and charged via the charger that comes with it. The phone works fine now. But when the battery goes below 40% the touch screen bug begins,but if not under the 40% the phone is ok. Try this at your mobile and post here, let it run out of battery and charge via the original charger. If the problem persists, try to buy a new battery for the phone near you ( they are cheap), and test it. I'm going to buy a new battery for it and see if the problem still persists when the power go down to 40%. I will post the results here. Please if you can spread this to anyone having the same problem.

     Many thanks for your post mentioning that the battery level could give us some important informations for the touchscreen bug analysis. I had the bug every day but since 2 days I am testing with battery level always above 40% and I haven't had any problem. I will keep you informed of my tests. Regards.

   In my case the bug is constant, no matter how much battery I have. I´m trying things though.

   did you let it run out of battery and charge with the original charger? i'm going to buy a battery in the next week and i'm going to test it. I will put the results here.

   Hi to all,

   I'm investigating too why the w450 is still freesing.

   The first thing i find out in my case if i put out both sims there is no bug. I tested it for now whole week even the battery level is under 40%.

   I let it for one more week after that i place the sims back and find out what's happend.

    Boy did we buy the wrong phone.

    Ordered mine from geekbuying on December 12, it arrived on January 15. The phone worked perfect until February 15. Got just about 3 weeks use out of it. Mine is a P2.

    Got the touchscreen problem. The phone becomes unusable. Im betting it hardware fault.

    Im thinking about putting mine in a plastic ziploc bag and putting it in the freezer. I remember reading that doing that fixed a harddrive.

    Or going the other way, taking the phone apart and using a hair-dryer to heat it up and see what happens.

    Has anybody brought the phone to a local phone repair guy? Any luck?

    Or has anyone returned the phone and had them fix it? Results?

      I know people that buy touchscreen in aliexpress and change it and fix the proble. However is hardware problem
