Install ROM :
- Unpack FlashTools, and Click on Flash_tool.exe
- Select a the MT6582_Android_scatter_emmc.txt in ROM
- Wait file to be added into Flash Tool
- choose Option->USB Model,click USB Model
–> Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed
- Turn off your phone, remove the battery.
- "Press F9 (hit Download button)" OR " if upgrade ROM Firmware->Upgrade "
- and connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
- The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
- And green circles display
- Finish !
- You can now safely disconnect your phone and turn it on.
※Please make a backup of your device before installing or updating ROM
anyone has camera focus problem ? mine is stuck in macro I reflashed latest firmware and still the same. anyone has an idea how to fix it ?? please help

The GPS and touch screen issues are hardware problems, there are no ways to fix by software or firmware.
It seems the quality of manufacturing is very variable. if you are lucky, you have a good phone othervise you have to pay for replace parts and/or repairing. Or try negotations with the reseller.
Maybe the manufacturing quality of newer phones are better.

W450,all in all, this phone is a big shit.
Since I fail trying to root the W9002 with framaroot, SRSoneclick, Cydia, VROOT and Kingo, beacause most of them say "fail by read-only system" I finally flashed Star W9002 "HDC Galaxy Note 3 MINI W9002" with the "STAR W450 – Update 11/15/2013 – Rooted" posted here, and i report that it works very well
P.S. I did this some weeks ago before comes the original room of the W9002 to this website on 03/18/2014
can i converter a official rom rar to zip and install it as custom rom in my star w450??
